Clear Crackle Enamel 2008

This low expansion enamel produces a crackle effect when used with opaque or transparent enamels. Suitable for copper, gold, silver, low carbon steel and metal clay, this enamel should be sifted on and can be layered underneath of, on top of, or between other layers.

This option will have a clear colour crackle effect. Available in either 25g or 225g (8oz) quantities. Normal firing temperature range: 1400-1500ºF

Choose from 2 different mesh sizes:

• 80 Mesh - the standard option for sifting
• 6/20 Mesh - lump or chip form, also called 'frit', ideal for bead making. Average particle diameter between 1mm - 3mm.
