Sweet as Pie Towels

Ready to add a little texture to your weaving? This towel project is just the thing!

Available for both rigid heddle and 4-shaft looms, you’ll learn how to go beyond plain weave by adding bold texture using a pick-up stick on your rigid heddle loom or a tie up on 4-shafts on your multi shaft loom.

It’s a fun way to grow your skills, play with pattern, and see what your loom is really capable of.

Weave structure: texture weave in 3/1 lace

Equipment needed: rigid heddle loom or 4-shaft loom; 22” weaving width; 10 dent reed; 2 shuttles or 2 bobbins; 1 pick-up stick for rigid heddle.

Note:  This project can be easily adjusted for a 15" loom.  Let me know if you need the adjusted pattern in the comment section in the shopping cart.

Yarns:  Aurora Earth 8/2 cottons

Finished Dimensions: two towels approximately 20” x 29” hemmed.
