Use this mitre jig to hold pieces of wire and tubing in place, allowing them to then be filed or cut to accurate 45°, 60°, or 90° angles. This time-saving tool allows you to create precise angles, producing a professional finish on soldered joins and seams.
The mitre vice is suitable for wires and tubes of the following maximum dimensions:
- 45° = flat wire 6mm thick, round wire 6.5mm
- 60° = flat wire 7mm thick, round wire 7.5mm
- 90° = flat wire 8mm thick, round wire 9mm
The maximum width capacity for all flat wires is 25mm. The knurled knobs are used to loosen and tighten the jig, securing your wire in place.
