Our Holly Berry Placemats are reversable so that you can choose a predominant green face or red face to display on your table.
You can also weave a set of matching napkins in our soft and absorbent Aurora Earth cottons. These napkins are quick and easy to weave in houndstooth design.
Weft face weaving provides a solid, sturdy fabric which is great for these weaving placemats.
Weave structure: plain weave
Equipment needed: Rigid Heddle Loom; 14.5” weaving width; 12 dent reed; 2 shuttles for placemats, four shuttles for napkins.
Yarns for Placemats: Aurora Earth 8/2 cottons and Mop Cotton
Yarns for Napkins: Aurora Earth 8/2 cottons
Finished size for placemats: four reversable placemats in red and green, 13.5” x 16” each hemmed.
Finished size for napkins: four napkins 13.5” x 16” each hemmed.
